ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Please note all items that are discounted or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
We hope you love your Michael Lo Sordo purchase, however in the case you are unsatisfied, we offer returns on all full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order subject to the following conditions:
Michael Lo Sordo provides return shipping labels however the cost to return the garment to us (shipping and/or taxes) is borne by you. We will gladly cover the cost of reshipping your exchanged item out to you.
Handling and Service Fees for returns:
Domestic: $15.00 AUD
New Zealand: $25.00 AUD
International: $55.00 AUD
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Client Services via email at shop@michaellosordo.com with your full name and order number.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. If the original payment method was a gift card or store credit, a new voucher will be issued.
Michael Lo Sordo garments are produced in a limited quantity each season; as such we cannot guarantee an exchange for a different size or colour at the time of requesting a return, as this is subject to availability.
FINAL SALE
Items that are discounted or marked as final sale are priced to clear, therefore are not eligible to be returned. We kindly ask that you consider this before committing to a purchase.
Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be refunded. All crystal bralettes and halter tops cannot be returned or exchanged, to ensure proper garment hygiene. For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products are not eligible for return, exchange or credit note.
Additionally, sale markdowns cannot be applied to any previous purchases or orders.
FAULTY RETURNS
All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In the unfortunate event of a fault or defect, please email us at shop@michaellosordo.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, with images and a description of the fault.
