Standard (Australia Post): We offer complimentary standard shipping for all domestic orders. Delivery estimate 2-7 business days.
Express (Australia Post): Flat rate of $15.00 (free for orders over $800.00 AUD). Delivery estimate 1-3 business days.
Same Day (Sydney Metro ONLY): Flat rate of $35.00.
Overnight Express (TNT): Flat rate of $30.00.
INTERNATIONAL
Express (DHL Express): Flat rate of $30.00 (free for orders over $600.00 AUD). Delivery estimate 2-5 days dependant on location.
DUTIES & TAXES
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been processed?
If your order has not been shipped, we can amend or cancel your order for you. Please just email us as soon as possible at shop@michaellosordo.com. If your order has been shipped, please refer to our returns page for information on how to return or exchange your order.
How will my order be shipped if I order a PRE ORDER item?
Please note, when purchasing a pre-order item, this may cause delays to the dispatch of your full order. If you ordered a pre-order item in addition to other products which are in stock now, we will wait to receive your full order before dispatching.
